BMA and Veirano act on transaction between Latam and Voepass

BMA advised Latam Airlines Brasil on a transaction with Passaredo Transportes Aéreos (Voepass), which was advised by Veirano Advogados, comprising the exchange of certain airport slots at Congonhas/SP Airport between Latam Airlines Brasil and Voepass. The transaction also included the implementation of a convertible loan by Latam Airlines Brasil in favor of Voepass, which allows Latam Airlines Brasil to convert such loan into a minority stake in Voepass; and the establishment of a commercial partnership between Latam Airlines Brasil and Voepass including terms and conditions related to codeshare and capacity purchase.

BMA Advogados advised Latam and relied on partners Carlo Rocha (pictured left), Barbara Rosenberg, José Inácio Ferraz de Almeida Prado Filho, Ana Cândida De Mello Carvalho and Adriana Augusta Dib Fuzinato; associates Luciana Lyra Bahr, Julia Carniel Rosa, Luiz Antonio Galvão, Estêvão Nascimento Orcini, Karla Botrel, Tainá Gutierrez Lima and Paula Maganha Fantinato.
