BMA assists advertising executives on deal with Omnicom
BMA Advogados advised Márcio Santoro and Sérgio Gordilho, references in the Brazilian advertising market, on a deal with Omnicom by means of which they received a sizeable minority stake in Africa and created a new agency named Asia.
BMA relied on partners Carlo Rocha (pictured left) and Felipe Galea (pictured right) and associates Henrique Rivas and Rafael Zanatta Jory.
