Castro Barros advises on the acquisition of Plimsoll by Ambipar
Castro Barros Advogados advised Plimsoll Serviços‘ private shareholders on the acquisition of 51% of the company’s share by a subsidiary of the Ambipar group.
Plimsoll offers structure and labor for fabricating, maintaining and installing equipments and structures and general mechanical services for oil and gas platforms.
The transaction value was worth R$29,357,029 million
