BMA assists Botafogo in the creation of SAF
BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão Advogados advised Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas
BMA advised soccer club Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas in the creation of its soccer corporation (SAF) and in the negotiations related to the investment made by John C. Textor to acquire 90% of the shares of SAF.
The total amount involved in the operation is R$1.3 billion, between contributions and debt payment obligations.
