BMA – Barbosa, Müssnich Aragão Advogados assisted Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, BNP Paribas, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Itaú Unibanco, National Australia Bank, NatWest, Standard Chartered Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and UBS AG, London Branch with the notification to CADE of the Carbonplace Limited joint venture.
