Cuatrecasas assists Bancolombia in financing ICCU Plan 500
Cuatrecasas has assisted Bancolombia in a $400 billion peso financing of Plan 500 of the Infrastructure and Concessions Institute of Cundinamarca (ICCU), a road infrastructure project that seeks to intervene 500 kilometres of secondary roads under the responsibility of the Department of Cundinamarca.
The financing was structured through a public credit operation granted to ICCU. Bancolombia acted as the sole lender in the transaction. In addition, the main source of repayment of the loan is the collection of certain departmental tolls by ICCU.
Cuatrecasas’ team was composed of partner Manuel Quinche (pictured), and associates Felipe Londoño, Angie Gómez and Nicolás Fontecha.
