BMA assists Fleury in its capital increase
BMA – Barbosa, Müssnich Aragão Advogados advised Fleury that it has increased its capital stock by up to R$1,218,708,824.63 through the issuance for private subscription of common shares.
The proceeds will be used to maintain Fleury’s growth strategy, continue its organic expansion plans, improve its cash position and reduce its consolidated financial leverage, and for general corporate purposes.
The Bradesco Diagnóstico em Saúde shareholders and physician shareholders, who are signatories to Fleury’s shareholders’ agreement, have indicated that they will exercise all of the preemptive rights to which they are entitled (or which have been assigned between them).
