Lefosse advise SATS on its proposal of acquisition of WFS

Together with Latham & Watkins, Lefosse has advised SATS on its proposed acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), the world’s largest air cargo handling firm, from an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management.

The transaction values WFS at an enterprise value of €2.25 billion, with an equity purchase price of €1.18 billion.
