BMA assists Galleria in CRI’s issuance

Barbosa Müssnich Aragão Advogados assisted Galleria Correspondente Bancário Sociedade Unipessoal in regarding the issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRIs) of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd series of the 116th issuance of True Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits originated by Galleria, with certain debtors, through the execution of several loan agreements (real estate financing and home equity).

The senior CRI (1st series) and the mezzanine CRI (2nd series) were subject to a public offering, with restricted placement efforts, carried out under the terms of CVM Rule 476, conducted by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as underwriter, and the junior CRI (3rd series) were subject of a private placement.

The transaction value was R$ 59.940.619,47

BMA advised Galleria and relied on partner Jane Goldman Nusbaum (pictured), associates Júlia Rodrigues, Maria Julia Pires.
