Bocater Advogados acts on Embraer’s investment in XMobots
The Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer announced an agreement to invest in the drone company XMobots in a transaction made through an investment fund whose sole shareholder is Embraer and that counted with the advisory services of law firm Bocater Advogados.
The goal of the transaction is to accelerate the future of the medium and large autonomous drone market, explore new market niches and expand collaboration in research on new technologies that have synergies with Embraer’s business and innovation units. In addition, the companies intend to act jointly in Civil and Defense & Security markets.
The transaction is still subject to obtaining approvals and complying with the usual conditions for this type of operation.
