Bofill Mir welcomes two new partners
Bofill Mir Abogados has announced the incorporation of Andrea Abascal and Manuel Bernet as partners to take on the leadership of the Public Law, Regulated Markets and Life Sciences practice, as well as the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology area, respectively.
Thanks to these moves, Bofill Mir strengthens its regulatory area and includes new specialities. Thus, the Public Law, Regulated Markets and Life Sciences team, led by Andrea, grows from five to 10 lawyers and is complemented by the experience of the new members in Life Sciences and Compliance.
Manuel will join the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice. According to the firm, the need to launch this new specialism comes in response to industry challenges, particularly in relation to data protection and what the firm is already doing in Fintech.

She is a lawyer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez de Viña del Mar and holds a Master’s degree in administrative law from Universidad de los Andes. She also completed the LL.M.
