Bomchil advises on the sale of 100% of Transamerican Telecomunication
Bomchil has advised on the corporate, contractual, ICT regulatory and labour aspects of the sale of all the representative shares of Transamerican Telecomunication, a wholesale operator of fibre optic connectivity services in Argentina, as part of a regional reorganisation of Internexa to focus on the geographies where it is most relevant.
As a result of the transaction, Transamerican Telecommunication was taken over by Inversiones y Servicios Intexa and Silica Networks Argentina, both part of Grupo Datco.
Carla Traut, Lucila Debesa and Facundo Martínez acted as counsels to Grupo Datco.
Bomchil’s team consisted of partners Patricio Martin (pictured left), Francisco Gutiérrez (pictured centre) and Máximo J. Bomchil (pictured right), senior associate Andrea Lofvall and counsel Edgardo Isola.
