Bomchil and Baker McKenzie counsel on sale of Ergo Renova to Accenture

Bomchil and Baker McKenzie have assisted in the sale of 100% of Ergo Renova’s shares to Accenture

 Bomchil has counselled Ergo Renova, and its founders Ariel Fernando Güelmos and Karina Paola Salerti, in the sale of 100% of its shareholding in favour of Accenture, which was advised by Baker McKenzie.

This transaction was closed on 20 April, and seeks to expand Accenture’s Cloud First capabilities to drive data-driven transformations for its clients.

Ergo Renova is a technology company founded in 2004 focused on Data & Analytics that provides data processing services to leading companies in Argentina to help them make data-driven decisions to empower their businesses.

Bomchil’s team comprised partner Adrián Furman (pictured top left), senior associate Francisco Zappa, consultant Paula Beveraggi, and associates María Victoria Genoni and Lucía de los Heros.

Baker McKenzie’s team consisted of partners Vanina Caniza (pictured top right), Felipe Graham (pictured bottom left) and Alejandra Bugna (pictured bottom right), together with senior associate Rocío Rojas Iglesias.
