The law firm Dias Carneiro Advogados, specializing in advising companies will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2022. Initially conceived as a Brazilian law firm for a European law firm, Dias Carneiro has an international profile and connections in multiple jurisdictions outside Brazil. Since its founding, it has developed a close network of collaboration with top-tier law firms around the world.
In the last two years, the firm has exceeded its revenue and growth targets reaching the 20-partner mark. Real Estate; Dispute Resolution (Civil Litigation and Arbitration); Technology and Data Protection; Capital Markets and M&A; Tax and Customs; and Labor Law are among the practices that have announced new arrivals and promotions in recent months.
In addition, according to managing partner Antonio Amendola (pictured), the firm recently created the Wealth Planning, Family, and Succession department – expanding, once again, the scope of the legal services it offers and the team of specialists.
