Bomchil and Marval assist in new PSA Finance issuance
Bomchil has assisted PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera, and Marval O’Farrell Mairal as arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of series 29 and 30 notes.
The issuance took place on December 23, 2024 under PSA’s Global Program. The Series 29 Notes were denominated and payable in ARS, at a fixed interest rate of 2.74% and maturing in September 2025, for a total amount of ARS 11,655,555,556; while the Series 30 Notes, denominated and payable in ARS, at a variable interest rate represented by the arithmetic sum of the private TAMAR rate and the cut-off margin (3.25%), maturing in June 2026, for a total amount of ARS 8,344,444,444.
The proceeds from the placement of the Notes will be used for working capital to grant new collateral loans and leasing to acquire automobiles, finance the stock of the dealer network and/or refinance liabilities.
Banco BBVA Argentina and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires participated as arrangers and underwriters; and Banco Patagonia, Banco Comafi, Banco Santander Argentina and Max Capital as underwriters.
The Notes were authorized for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market.
