Cescon Barrieu and Monteiro Rusu advise on the G10 issue

Cescon Barrieu and Monteiro Rusu advised on the 1st issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in single series, for public offering, by G10 Transportes, pursuant to CVM 160.

The underwriter of the offering was Banco Bradesco BBI. The proceeds from the offering, which totaled BRL 80 million, will be fully allocated to the restructuring of the G10 financial liabilities.
