Bomchil assists in the issuance of AA2000 bonds

Bomchil has assisted Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000) in its issuance of dollar-linked zero-rate notes, maturing in August 2026, for a par value of US$30,000,000.

The issuance took place on August 19, where EGFA Abogados acted as counsel to the underwriters.

The Notes were authorized for listing and trading on the Argentine Stock Exchange and the Electronic Open Market, respectively.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Macro Securities, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Hipotecario, Allaria Ledesma & Cía, AWM Valores, TPCG Valores, Facimex Valores, Banco Mariva, AR Partners and Balanz Capital Valores acted as underwriters.

AA2000 is an airport concessionaire in Argentina since 1998, with the right – under a Concession Contract with the National State – to use, operate and manage 35 of the 54 airports in the Argentinean airport system, including two of the busiest airports in Argentina.
