Bomchil represents Itaú and ICBC in refinancing of Metrogas debt
Bomchil has represented Banco Itaú Argentina in the granting of a loan to Metrogas in the amount of $2,294 million, the proceeds of which will be used to simultaneously repay a cross border loan with Itaú Unibanco (Nassau Branch) for a total amount of US $13.9 million.
The new loan and the use of funds is part of Metrogas’ international debt refinancing process.
In addition, the transaction involved the amendment of the loans granted to Metrogas by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Argentina, as well as the granting of waivers under an international loan with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Dubai Branch and the loans granted by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Argentina.
