Brink’s returns to Marval for acquisition in Argentina

Marval O’Farrell & Mairal acted for Brink’s on its acquisition of MACO Litoral, a cash-in-transit logistics company operating in Rosario, Argentina. 

Brink’s is a global provider of secure logistics, cash-in-transit and ATM services. The company is listed on the NYSE and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

This operation, of undisclosed value, is Brink´s second acquisition in Argentina in as many months and it marks further consolidation of the local financial logistics market.

Partner Pablo García Morillo led the Marval team advising the buyer.

MACO Litoral instructed Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi.
