Basham acted for Vichisa on $200 million investment in Chihuahua

Basham, Ringe y Correa advised Vichisa on the $200 million development of a new bottle manufacturing plant in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. 

Vichisa a subsidiary of Crown Holdings, a global supplier and manufacturer of bottling and packaging products.

The new plant will be built in Meoqui, Chihuahua and once finished, will provide bottles for a Heineken plant, being built in the area. The new manufacturing plant will be the ninth the company owns in Mexico.

Partner Carlos Velazquez de León, from the Monterrey office of Basham, led the team advising Vichisa.
