Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Floki Artificial Intelligence and Logistics in investment round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Floki, a Brazilian company that uses artificial intelligence to automate purchases for small bars and restaurants, has raised R$50 million in seed capital.

The investment was led by NFX and Valor Capital Group funds, with participation from Latitud and angel investors such as Ralf Wenzel (founder of JOKR) and Andres Bilbao (founder of Rappi). The manager Iporanga Ventures, which had led the investment of R$3.6 million in 2020, entered the new round with a follow-on.
