Bronstein Zilberberg strengthens areas with a new partner

Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri and Potenza Advogados announced Marcelo Shima Luize (pictured), as a new partner to strengthen the areas of M&A, Private Equity, and Agro/AgTechs.

Marcelo has a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a specialist in Corporate Law from Insper. He is currently a guest professor at post-graduate programs at Mackenzie Presbyterian University. In his international career, Marcelo earned an LL.M. from New York University School (NYU) and worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York with M&A.
