Demarest advises Suzano on BRL 1 billion debenture issue

Demarest Advogados advised Suzano on its 9th issuance of debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, issued in two series, totaling a value of BRL 1,0 billion on the date of issuance, which were subject to public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration process as per CVM Regulation 160.
