Bruchou acts in IPO of DGCe

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as advisor in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Distribuidora de Gas del Centro (DGCe) by way of secondary sale by certain shareholders.

This transaction marks the first IPO in Argentina in the last six years.

Banco de Valores, Puente Hnos. and Balanz Capital Valores acted as arrangers and underwriters of the offered shares.

DGCe, one of the leading gas distribution companies in Argentina, operates under the Ecogas brand name (which it shares with Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana).
