Gómez-Pinzón counsels NG Energy on $100m credit facility
Gómez-Pinzón has counselled NG Energy International Corp in obtaining a credit facility from Macquarie Group for up to USD $100,000,000.
The financing, provided through the execution of a credit agreement, will be secured by guarantees governed by Colombian and Canadian law.
The resources will be used by the company to optimise its capital, guarantee commitments to the Colombian National Hydrocarbons Agency, pay existing debts, acquire CAPEX for future needs, among other purposes.
