Miranda & Amado represents Santander on loan to Ransa

Miranda & Amado has represented Banco Santander, as sole lead arranger and lender,with the financing granted by them and BLADEX to Ransa Corp and Ransa Chile for the acquisition of Loginsa (Chile), in which various companies of the Ransa Group participated as Peruvian guarantors.

This transaction was closed on 23 February.

Miranda & Amado’s team was composed of partner José Miguel Puiggros (pictured), and associates Lisbeth Benavides and Johanna Mosqueira.
