Muñiz acts in new issue of certificates of deposit of Compartamos Financiera

Estudio Muñiz acted as counsel to Compartamos Financiera, together with Banco BBVA Perú, in the placement by public offering of Series K of the Second Issue of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit.

The issue was made under the “Third Program of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit of Compartamos Financiera S.A.” up to an amount of S/ 70’000,000. These securities were oversubscribed (2x), being placed at a rate of 5.84% for a term of 360 days.

Compartamos Financiera is a financial company belonging to the Mexican economic group Gentera.
