Bruchou advises on Banco de Valores Class 3 Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counseled multiple parties in the issuance of Class 3 Notes by Banco de Valores, totalling AR$90,084,353,132, denominated and payable in Argentine pesos, with a variable interest rate and an applicable margin of 3.00%, maturing on October 24, 2026.
The firm acted as deal counsel for Banco de Valores (known as “Valo”), as issuer; Valo and Max Capital, as arrangers; and Max Capital, as placement agent. The Notes were issued under a global note issuance program for an aggregate principal amount of up to US$150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of measure or value).
The notes have been admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos and authorized for trading on A3 Mercados. They have also been rated “A1+(arg)” with a stable outlook by FIX SCR, Agente de Calificación de Riesgo, an affiliate of Fitch Ratings.
Valo is a participant in the development of the Argentine capital market, serving as trustee and custodian of mutual funds. Since 2025, the institution has been advancing a consolidation process as a wholesale bank, offering a comprehensive range of products and services for corporate and institutional clients.
