Bruchou and Beccar Varela assist in new Vista Energy issue

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Vista Energy Argentina, and Beccar Varela the underwriters, on the Class XXIII Notes -simple, non-convertible into shares, denominated, integrated and payable in US dollars abroad-, for a par value of USD $60,000,000.

The issuance was made on 6 March under the Global Programme for the issuance of short, medium or long term simple negotiable obligations (non-convertible into shares) for a maximum amount of up to USD $800,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

The Class XXIII Notes, maturing on 6 March 2027, will accrue interest at a fixed rate of 6.50% nominal annual interest and will repay 100% of the principal in a single payment on their maturity date.

The Class XXIII Notes have also been admitted for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets and authorised for trading on the Electronic Open Market. On February 29th, FIX SCR Risk Rating Agent (Fitch Ratings Affiliate) and Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent, on March 1st, rated the Class XXIII Notes as “AAA (arg)” and “”, respectively, with a “stable” outlook.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Comafi, Banco BBVA Argentina, Puente Hnos, Invertir en Bolsa, Allaria, SBS Trading, Facimex Valores, Banco Patagonia, Industrial Valores, Banco Mariva and PP Inversiones acted as underwriters.

Florencia Hardoy and Rosario Maffrand acted as in-house counsels to Vista Energy.
