PAGBAM acts in new issue of Notes of Aconcagua Energía
Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has advised the placement agents in the issuance of class VIII, X and XI notes of Petrolera Aconcagua Energía.
The issue was made on 29 February, under the general regime, in the framework of its Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$ 150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
The Class VIII Notes were issued for a total nominal amount of US$ 13,411,928, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed interest rate of 7.5% nominal per annum, maturing on 28 February 2027; the Class X Notes for a total nominal amount of US$ 9,065. 611, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed interest rate of 8.5% nominal per annum, maturing on 1 March 2027; and the Class XI Notes for a total nominal amount of US$ 4,440,934, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed interest rate of 9.5% nominal per annum, maturing on 29 February 2028.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger and placement agent for the Notes, and Banco Mariva, Banco Santander Argentina, Consultatio Investments, Allaria, Max Capital, Banco Supervielle, Adcap Securities Argentina, Invertir Online, Facimex Valores, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, SBS Trading, TPCG Valores and Industrial Valores acted as placement agents.
