Bruchou and TCA advise on new issue of Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Class O Notes for a nominal amount of US$60,000,000 at 0% rate issued under the Simplified Regime of Frequent Issuer.
The Class O Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (BYMA) and for trading on the Electronic Open Market (MAE).
Allaria, Banco BBVA Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Patagonia, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Santander Argentina, Facimex Valores, Invertir en Bolsa, Max Capital and TPCG Valores acted as underwriters.
