B&E acts on GSI’s acquisition of Río Escondido

Barros & Errázuriz has acted as legal advisor to GSI Rentas ERNC II and III in the acquisition of Sociedad Agrícola Río Escondido Limitada.

Río Escondido is a company that owns real estate located in the province of Copiapó, Atacama Region, which is subject to lease agreements with renewable energy generating companies that plan to build power projects with a total installed capacity of 522 MW on such real estate.

B&E’s team included partner Bernardo Simian Soza (pictured), and associates Diego Ovalle Vergara, Patricia Rivas Correa and Pablo Ulloa Sámuel.
