TRSYM and PAGBAM in new issue of Aconcagua Notes
Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani advised Petrolera Aconcagua Energía and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arnsten advised the underwriters, in the issuance of class VI and VII notes under the general regime for a total nominal amount of US $10,113,469 and US $19,886,531, respectively.
The issue was made on 14 September, where the class VI Notes were denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed interest rate of 0% nominal per annum, maturing on 14 September 2026; and the class VII Notes were denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed interest rate of 3.4% nominal per annum, maturing on 14 September 2027. Both classes were issued under its Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$ 150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger and underwriter, and Banco Mariva, Banco Supervielle, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, TPCG Valores, SBS Trading, Consultatio Investments, Allaria, Max Capital, PP Inversiones, Facimex Valores, Invertir en Bolsa and Latin Securities acted as underwriters.
