Carey counsels Screen One on Neverend Entertainment investment

Carey has counselled Screen One Early-Stage Investment Fund on an investment of approx. USD $3.5 million in Series A shares of Neverend Entertainment.

This transaction closed on 5 July.

Neverend Entertainment is a company dedicated to the production, editing and distribution of audiovisual, artistic and cultural projects, such as series and films, nationally and internationally.

Carey’s team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured), with the support of associates Carlos Alcalde, Carolina Miller and Crescente Bernales.
