Bruchou and TCA assist in placement of Luz de Tres Picos Negotiable Bonds

Bruchou has represented Luz de Tres Picos and Tanoira Cassagne to the underwriters in the placement of the Class 2 and Class 3 Notes

 Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has counselled Luz de Tres Picos, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled the underwriters in the placement of the $15,000,000 US dollars par value Class 2 Notes and the $62,536,958 US dollars par value Class 3 Notes that qualified as Green Bonds, issued under its Global Note Issuance Programme for up to $150,000,000 US dollars.

The Notes were issued in line with the four main components of the International Capital Market Association’s Green Bond Principles, were issued following the ‘Guidelines for the Issuance of Social, Green and Sustainable Marketable Securities in Argentina’ and the provisions of the Social, Green and Sustainable Bond Guidelines of the Argentinean Stock Exchanges and Markets Panel (ByMA). Thus, in the green bond evaluation carried out by FIX SCR S.A., both have been rated ‘BV1 (arg)’.

The underwriters in this transaction were Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Santander Argentina, Itaú Valores, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Nación Bursátil.

The Notes were authorised for listing on the Green Panel of ByMA and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
