Bruchou and TCA counsel on placement of Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia’s Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counselled Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Class K Notes for a nominal amount of US$ 60,000,000, issued under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime.
The Class K Notes were authorized for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (BYMA) and for trading on the Open Electronic Market (MAE).
