Cerolini & Ferrari assists in Diesel Lange trust securities issue
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has assisted Diesel Lange, as trustee, and Banco CMF, as trustor, in the first issuance of trust securities under the “Diesel Lange” Global Financial Trust Programme for an aggregate nominal value of $112,045,577.
The Class A Debt Securities were issued on 5 December for a par value of $92,204,173, while the Class B Debt Securities were issued for $19,841,404.
The offering was directed to the local market and the Trust Securities were authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
Banco CMF acted as arranger, underwriter and issuer, while Diesel Lange also acted as servicer of the credits involved.
Diesel Lange, one of John Deere’s official dealers in Argentina, is a company dedicated to the commercialisation of agricultural machinery, gardening and golf equipment, as well as the sale of engines and spare parts and after-sales services for the machinery and equipment sold.
Miriam González, Cristian Ríos and Marcos Bartolomé acted as in-house legal advisors to Banco CMF.
