Bruchou and TCA help in issuance of additional YPF Class XXV Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has helped YPF and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados the underwriters, in the placement of the Additional Class XXV Notes for a nominal amount of U$S138,000,000, issued under its Frequent Issuer Programme.
The Notes are additional to the Class XXV Notes previously issued by YPF on 13 June, having identical terms and conditions in all respects, except for the issue date and the issue price (which was 100.2055% of the nominal value). Thus, they are fungible with each other and constitute a single class of debt securities, for a total nominal value of U$S 263,000,000.
The Additional Class XXV Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
Macro Securitites, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina and Nación Bursátil acted as placement agents.
YPF is a company dedicated to the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in Argentina. The company’s shares are listed on local markets and are also listed on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange).
