Bruchou and TRSYM act in new issue of MSU Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised MSU, and Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani the underwriters, in the issuance of the Series XIV Notes for a face value of USD $33,500,000.
The issue was made on 23 July, where the Notes were denominated and payable in US dollars in the country, at a fixed interest rate of 7.50% nominal per annum, maturing on 23 July 2027, under the framework of its global programme for the issuance of simple negotiable obligations (not convertible into shares) for a maximum outstanding amount of up to USD $200,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement or value).
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arranger and underwriter, and Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Puente Hnos, Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, and Adcap Securities Argentina acted as underwriters.
