Bruchou counsels on Arcos Dorados Senior Note issuance

Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has acted as Argentine counsel to the initial purchasers in the issuance of Arcos Dorados’ 6.125% Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes due 2029.

The Securities will be guaranteed by Arcos Dorados Holdings, the British Virgin Islands company that controls the company, as well as other current and future subsidiaries of Arcos Dorados, including Arcos Dorados Argentina.

The initial purchasers were Citigroup Global Markets, Itau BBA USA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander Investment Securities.

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP acted as US counsel to Arcos Dorados, while Milbank LLP acted as US counsel to the initial purchasers.

Arcos Dorados is a Dutch private limited liability company.
