Gómez-Pinzón assists Inverfam in bond placement
Colombian law firm Gómez-Pinzón has assisted Constructora Acierto Inmobiliario (Inverfam) in its placement of ordinary bonds.
This transaction was partially guaranteed by the Fondo Nacional de Garantías (National Guarantee Fund) in the second market for a total amount of $86,752,000,000 Colombian pesos, divided into two lots.
Inverfam was one of the pioneer Simplified Joint Stock Companies ( Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas, SAS) in Colombia to participate in the stock market during the government’s Unidos por Colombia programme.
Gómez-Pinzón’s team was composed of partners Daniel Londoño (pictured left) and Adriana Moreno (pictured right), senior associates Catalina Prieto Nuñez, Tonia Orozco and Daniel Flórez, associate Ana María R., junior associate Silvia Robledo, student Miguel E., and seed investor Sara Ferrer.
