Bruchou helps in issuance of negotiable bonds Crédito Directo

Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi has advised Crédito Directo in the issuance of its Class XIV and Class XV Notes for a par value of $426,374,000 and $73,626,000, respectively, under the Global Notes Programme for up to $1,600,000,000.

Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger and co-placement agent; while Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Mariva, Banco de Valores, Adcap Securities Argentina and SBS Trading acted as co-placement agents.

The Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).

In addition, the Class XIV Notes were rated “A3 (arg)” and the Class XV Notes were rated “BBB (arg)” by Fix Argentina.

Crédito Directo provides financial assistance to individuals through personal loans.
