TCA advises on first issue of Prodeman
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Prodeman, as issuer, Banco Supervielle as arranger and placement agent, and Allaria Ledesma & Cía as placement agent, in Prodeman’s first issuance under the public offering regime through the issuance of the Class 2 Dollar Secured Notes (the “Notes”) with a fixed rate of 0.00%, maturing on 26 May 2024.
The Notes were issued on 26 May 2022 and were oversubscribed by almost seven times the amount issued. They are also guaranteed by Banco Supervielle as a guarantee entity authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
Prodeman is a family-owned company that produces, processes and markets different types of food in more than 40 countries.
