Bruchou on issuance of Crédito Directo Class XXII Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised on the issuance of Crédito Directo of its Class XXII Notes for a nominal amount of ARS $501,386,926.

The issuance was made under the Global Program for the Issuance of Negotiable Obligations for up to US$24,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

The Class XXII Notes have been admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE). Furthermore, Fix Argentina has rated the Class XXII Notes as “A3(arg)”.

Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger and co-placement agent; and SBS Trading, Portfolio Investment, Invertir en Bolsa, Industrial Valores and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba acted as co-placement agents.

Crédito Directo is dedicated to financial assistance to individuals through personal loans.
