BSVV assists Ingevec in alliance with Credicorp and family office

Barros Silva Varela & Vigil has assisted Ingevec in its alliance with Credicorp Capital’s general fund manager (AGF) and a family office for a joint housing construction project with subsidised housing.

This transaction follows an initial strategy launched at the end of last year, with the family office acting as the construction company’s anchor investor. The three investors will allocate UF 400 thousand (USD $15.3 million approximately) for the development of social and territorial integration housing projects, which will be managed, built and developed by Ingevec.
