NLD on PFG financing for SUMA and Nubox

NLD Abogados has advised SUMA, and its subsidiary Nubox, in the extension of a credit and the granting of new financing lines by Partners For Growth (PFG), a fund specialised in financing technology companies and startups.

Partner José Miguel Diez said that the transaction was interesting because “the lender is a fund specialised in startups and innovative companies, and SUMA, which has Riverwood Capital as an investor, provides software solutions to small and medium-sized companies in the region”.
