CC represents CMI in loan for Pollo Campero’s expansion in the US
Clifford Chance has represented Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI) in connection with an unsecured syndicated loan arranged by JPMorgan and provided to Campero Inc, a US subsidiary of CMI.
The loan proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures, including the expansion of the Guatemala-based Pollo Campero restaurant chain in the US, and to refinance certain existing debt.
