BSVV counsels on acquisition of Florida project by Culpeo Minerals
Barros Silva Varela & Vigil has counselled on the acquisition of 80% of the Florida mining project, located in Coquimbo, in favour of Culpeo Minerals.
This transaction was carried out by means of a share purchase agreement of the company created especially for this purpose, together with other relevant contracts and assets, which were also included as part of the operation.
The advice, by the firm’s mining team, involved the study of the corporate legal documents, study of property titles and mining shares, royalty agreements, surface lands, among others, in addition to the respective execution of the relevant corporate documents.
