BU counsels InfraBridge and Enel on electric bus fleet acquisition
Brigard Urrutia has counselled InfraBridge and Enel Colombia, as sponsors, in the financing for the acquisition of 401 electric buses to supply the Integrated Public Transport System of Bogota.
The financing consisted of a single credit operation with three separate tranches: a dollar tranche, financed by BNP Paribas, a peso tranche, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank and a synthetic peso tranche, financed by the UK Sustainable Infrastructure Program of the Inter-American Development Bank.
