BU counsels on Transversal del Sisga refinancing
Brigard Urrutia has counselled Concesión Transversal del Sisga and KMA Construcciones, Grupo Ortiz and COFIDES, the latter as sponsors, in the refinancing of the “Transversal del Sisga” project.
This transaction had an amount equivalent to COP $942 billion, earmarked for the construction, operation and maintenance of the project, which consists of a road with a route of about 137 km that connects the departments of Cundinamarca, Boyacá and Casanare.
Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, Ashmore CAF-AM, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and BlackRock also participated in the deal.
